TAS provides sourcing and supply services for garment machinery, spare parts, printing consumables and related equipment imported from China for garment factories and other clients in Bangladesh.

• All quotations are subject to changes in supplier pricing, shipping cost, customs charges and currency exchange rates.
• A quotation does not constitute a confirmed order unless TAS and the client have reached a written agreement.
• Products requiring custom sourcing may be subject to minimum order quantities or advance confirmation.
• Delivery schedules are estimates and may change because of manufacturing, international shipping or customs delays.

Payment terms will be agreed upon separately for each order and will be stated in the official quotation, invoice, purchase agreement or another written confirmation issued by TAS.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the applicable payment schedule, amount and method before confirming an order.

TAS sources machinery, parts and consumables from selected manufacturers and suppliers. Where a manufacturer warranty is available, its duration, coverage and conditions will be specified for the relevant product at the time of sale.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.

TAS is not liable for delays, interruptions or losses caused by events reasonably outside our control, including customs restrictions, shipping disruption, manufacturer delays, natural disasters, regulatory changes or supplier issues.

Product suitability should be confirmed by the client before placing an order, particularly where machinery or parts must match specific models or production requirements.
